We are also proud to announce our three Founders' Award Honorees for our 2015 Fall Gala:

  • Annie Aisenberg, RN, former board member, and long-time volunteer at the Day Center.

This year's Gala promises lots of entertainment and fun, including:

Tickets are $125.00 and may be purchased on-line or by mail (see below).Your ticket purchase price benefits the Community Day Center of Waltham, a registered non-profit charity organization.

You can purchase tickets by mail or on-line. All tickets will be held at the door. If possible, we would appreciate RSVP or ticket purchases by November 6.

You'll be taken to your PayPal shopping cart where you can modify the number of tickets and pay by credit/debit card or direct PayPal transfer. If you'd like to purchase the tickets as a donation only, please let us know by changing the RSVP option before your purchase. Ad Artwork Handling: Ads should be sent to Angela Lordi and should be image files in GIF, JPEG, or PDF format, sized as shown, and should be at least 300dpi if possible. Images with non-conforming size, shape or resolution will be edited for a proper fit (but not distorted). You may submit an ad printed on paper and we will scan it, but print quality may degrade slightly.
